2 Online Playstation 3 Systems

Alright so to get them online(apparently this is the best way, but it didn't work for me) you have to forward these ports to the IP of one of the PS3's and then go to Firewall in your router website and put the IP of the second PS3 in the DMZ(Demilitirized Zone) and enable it.

TCP Ports
80
443
5223
9293
10070-10080(you have to enable port range)

UDP Ports
3478
3479
3658
10070

Now this didn't work for me, not sure why, but if it works for you please let me know because I'm still looking for other solutions to the problem.
